10/10 property. The front desk agents were super accommodating. I had flowers ordered to the hotel and they set everything up perfectly. I proposed to my now fiance. It couldn’t have gone any better. Will definitely be coming back once a year. Absolute amazing experience!

This property was beautiful. The views- amazing. The staff was friendly at every turn. The check in process was lovely with a glass of Champagne. Would absolutely stay again.

It is an amazing place for a family to enjoy their vacation, it has a full-equipped kitchen, and its environment is pretty perfect. If we have enough budget， we will be willing to stay more longer.

We love this property! The view is absolutely beautiful from hotel room to bar and dining. The restaurant was great, friendly staff, friendly bartender. Absolutely worth the $. Can’t complain about anything going here.

I booked this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Ms Chen and Mr Juan at the reception did not let me in despite showing them the booking confirmation from *******. They were extra rude and
did not cared about it at all and suggested me to contact ******* since the booking was not showing up in their system.
2 hours later : They identified booking in their system and asked me to come back to the hotel. I requested to cancel the reservation due to this terrible experience but they did not cancelled my booking.
In my opinion, you shouldn’t be booking this property.
