This hotel offers the cheapest rooms in Monterey. My flight arrived at 9 AM, and I was able to walk to the hotel, saving on taxi fees. While the facilities are a bit old, everything I needed was available, and the room even had a coffee machine. Check-in was smooth, and there's a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the city center.

The room is not clean. The bedsheets are not clean. The location is not good. It is different from what other reviewers said. It is not recommended for travelers to stay in this hotel.

The most disgusting motel in all of Ca. They left the toilet a mess - they tried to charge me for a missing flipping smoke detector (charged my account $30.00)
Said I removed it! I haven’t smoked in 30 years!!
This is a crack house unclean awful hotel !
Read my other reviews this is way below par and should be closed down for health violations !

What activities? The TV didn't work and there was WIFI? The place had dirt stains everywhere, and blood stains on the bed sheets. Not clean at all. There is also holes in the walls, so make sure you say something. Goodluck trying to sleep at night with low flying planes gets really loud. The photos they have is not the same as the room your going to sleep in.

The room was functional. Staff were nice and eager to help.
Room cards kept deactivating and had to have them reprogrammed. Furniture was mismatched. Water pressure was poor.

This hotel is a cheap place to stay. The floor as broken, walls and bathroom dirty. There was a thin blanket and the heater didn’t work.
