The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 10-minute drive to Fisherman's Wharf, which is super convenient. This resort itself is also perfect for a weekend stay with kids, offering a full range of entertainment facilities. There's a $25 parking fee and a $35 resort fee. They kindly offer you marshmallows when you check in, and kids can roast them by the pool, which is quite tasty and makes the little ones very happy.

It was an excellent hotel & resort. The room was nice and tidy, with a bathroom with good shower water pressure. Its breakfast was also excellent with good and friendly service. Only thing it lacks was elevator, so I recommend the first floor room with patio.

Location is great, close to all major attractions. Hotel is a bit outdated with paper thin walls. Bed is very soft and uncomfortable.

Love everything, but the shower door was a half open glass panel without a door that won’t protect for a big splash that wet all floor and can be dangerous.

This was my second stay. One of the receptionists, an Asian woman, was very rude and didn't smile at all. The other staff were very nice; they even offered to roast marshmallows for my child. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, and the staff were very attentive.
