Viewing the website of this hotel the rooms looked updated, clean, and bright. Based on this I booked a room and paid top dollar for the low rated hotel. I was totally disgusted when I walked into the room. It had not been updated in many years, there was to fan or AC to cool the room off. The shampoo and body wash wall mounted containers were empty in the shower, the furniture was worn and looked dirty. I was able to see another room as the maid was cleaning so I could make a comparison. The hotel’s policy was no refunds and at almost $400 for one night I had no recourse but to stay. It has been my experience that booking through a third party you are not treated the same at the hotel for service or a decent room. I will never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The area is nice it’s right off the freeway and just minutes from downtown. Rooms were clean and guy in the office was very helpful.

Comfort In で予約したのに、ホテルの名前が変わっていて、The Inn at 1252 Montereyになっていました。ホテルの前を行ったり来たりしてしまいました。
受付の方に聞いたら3年前に変わったとの事。
紛らわしいので、変更して下さい。
お部屋とても綺麗で快適でした。

We have stayed at this hotel before it’s always been wonderful- however this time it was a bad experience - no hot water for our showers had to use my in-laws room to bath our kids - management could not seem to fix the issue myninlaws paid for queen beds but got double beds instead

Clean. Nice setup. Quiet bed, not squeaky. The bed sheets were soft & smooth. Soap given smells great. Good a/c heater. The bathroom had plenty of space & the sliding door into it was a nice touch. The closet had a nice setup. Have a vault in case you need it. Overall it was good.

Greated by lovely friendly staff, accommodation super comfortable and clean with all that we needed. Safe parking in front our room making it easy to unpack and pack our car for our trip. Surround lovely and green and easy walk into town and the main Monterey tourist beach front.
