Hotel is clean and nice. Customer service needs improvement. The deal says it includes breakfast but upon checking in there is none.

This hotel is lovely. It’s a simple spot a little away from all of the hype, but still very close to the ocean. The service has always been great, although because of covid there still weren’t any amenities. It’s our go to spot for sure.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Only con was no drinking water machine access as we were in the building across the street and office was closed at 7am when we tried to get to their water machine.

Amazing cleanliness because of the ladies and the front office very nice people.
The contractor working so early around 0700 or so making so much noise, jumping in front of my room, talking and going back and front while I'm trying to sleep, meditation and have a quiet moment because of my work as a healthcare.
The contractor working or the room are so disrespectful-early morning pushing the big garbage loud noise, knocking on my door while asleep and jumping around.

The walls are pretty thin and the shower is small. My key card disconnected beacuse it was near my phone. So beware of that. Overall it was safe and comfortable.

We love staying at this motel. The view for the price is spectacular (we get the bay view room for a few more dollars). The rooms are large and recently updated. They are clean and the service is great. There were some minor issues, like our bathroom light flickered, the tub faucet was loose and difficult to find that perfect temp. Those are minor, so for the price, this is a great find.
