The room are spacious for a family of 4. The location just off the main road, we were worried about the road noise but fortunately we were able to sleep well with the good sound proof of the window and door. Breakfast choice not much. Bed is comfortable and clean. We are happy with the stay and definitely will stay here again.

I stayed at the Mariposa Inn and Suites for two consecutive nights and had a good overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to drive to nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was quiet at night, allowing me to get a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Parking was convenient, and the price was good value for money. If I travel to this area again, I would definitely consider staying here and would recommend it to others.

There was hair that didn't belong to us on the bathroom floor, and the chairs in the hotel room were visibly stained, making us hesitant to sit on them. Otherwise, it was okay. Surprisingly, there was a fireplace in the room, which was a nice touch.

Monterey is really beautiful! The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. I didn't expect that some of the waiters didn't speak English. The breakfast in the hotel is average and I'm not used to it. It would be nice if there was an option with or without breakfast.

Although the hotel was modern with bright airy rooms and a lovely pool and outdoor seating area, breakfast was poor and the young lad who checked is in on Sun 10th May was extremely unwelcoming, very poor customer service and whole attitude was 'I dont wanna be here'. Think his family run the business so he didn't care!

Stayed for 2 nights Check in was nice and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. All the amenities you need in the room...safe, Iron, fridge, microwave etc Plenty of parking available. Breakfast was ok, bagels, muffins, cereals etc Hotel is located about a 25 minute walk from Monterey harbour or a $10 taxi ride away. Had a great stay here.

The room had finishings that you could tell were older, but they were very clean and taken care of. Parking is a parking garage, they have limited space outside - about 6 spots total mostly for parking as you check in or out. The room had adorable towel birds twisted into shape. My only complaint is breakfast. To say light is an understatement! When we were there it was cereal, quick oats, and that’s about it. Don’t plan on a hearty meal.

Our stay was pleasant. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort. The slippers and robes were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was a treat! The hot tub was very relaxing! We were very pleased with the location being near Carmel 17 mile drive and other places. The shopping center down the street was very convenient to walk to for dinner. We enjoyed dinner at Lalla Grill. Thumbs up for everything!
