Holiday Inn & Suites Monterey Park - Los Angeles

The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are all new. The shower is not the shower room in the picture. The room is not soundproof, and the snoring of the next room at night can be heard clearly. In addition, the worst is the service of the restaurant on the first floor. It feels like the restaurant is outsourced, and the business hours are completely different from what the front desk said. The room I booked includes breakfast. When I checked in, I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk that the breakfast business hours are 11 o'clock. As a result, I went to the restaurant 5 minutes before the first morning just to take a cup of coffee away, and was told by a young girl who looked like ABC in the restaurant that it was closed and could not be given. The next day, I went to the restaurant before 10:30 and was still refused to take away coffee by the girl. The reason was the same. It was also closed and no coffee was provided. She was chatting and laughing with a male waiter. There were several two-person guests in the restaurant eating, and it looked like they were drinking porridge with disposable tableware. I told the girl that the front desk told me that the breakfast time would end at 11 o'clock when I checked in, why it closed so early, and her attitude was very bad. She said that the breakfast business hours were until 10 o'clock, which was too funny! And the breakfast was not a buffet at all, but just a small bar ordering style. Inside, two Asian staff members, a man and a woman, were chatting, laughing, and playing with their phones, and were very indifferent to the guests. Is this the kind of service attitude that a Holiday Inn should have?
