I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tenuta di Corsano, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. Not only did my stay at their establishment fail to meet expectations, but they also failed to refund my deposit, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated. From the moment I arrived at Tenuta di Corsano, I noticed several issues that were indicative of their lackluster management. The staff members were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing quality service. The overall atmosphere lacked warmth and hospitality, which greatly affected my overall experience. Moreover, the condition of the accommodations was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned to was outdated, poorly maintained, and in dire need of renovation. The furnishings were worn-out, the bed was uncomfortable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. It was evident that the management had neglected proper upkeep, and it significantly impacted the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. However, the most egregious aspect of my experience with Tenuta di Corsano was their failure to refund my deposit. Despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements and meeting their stipulated conditions for a refund, I received no response from the management. Numerous attempts to contact them were met with silence or excuses, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. It is incredibly disappointing when a business fails to honor its commitments and neglects its responsibilities. Tenuta di Corsano's unwillingness to address my concerns and return my deposit has only added insult to injury. Such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the lack of professionalism exhibited by this establishment are completely unacceptable. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Tenuta di Corsano for your accommodation needs. The overall experience was marred by poor service, subpar facilities, and the failure to refund my deposit. There are numerous other reputable establishments available that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their commitments. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking alternative options.

This is the latest of many trips that I’ve made to this heavenly place. Liliana and Francesca Migone are the most welcoming people, and the saddest news was that Liliana’s husband Nanni had passed away last year. This hasn’t slowed them down as they carry on without him, still maintaining the highest level of care and maintenance of this beautiful Tenuta. The two ladies leave you in peace or are there in an instant to help if you request it. Despite the situation, their smiles are welcoming and genuine. Retuning guests are treated like old friends. As usual, the beauty of the place leaves me breathless.
