Estuve una sola noche y no habia calefaccion en el lugar, la cortina del baño mas rota y delgada, las almohadas de lo mas sucias, toallas viejas y sucias, no ponen toallanpara manos, el señor Ricardo de recepción con cero amabilidad, todo malumorado. El lugar no es apto para descansar, hay demasiado ruido.

No me dieron la habitación cómo la reserve el clima no enfriaba la televisión solo se veía un canal no servían los controles no había agua caliente el personal eso sí muy amable

Nada que ver con las fotos que publican aqui, lugar deteriorado y viejo, partes del baño rotas, el personal de recepción platicando con los vecinos al momento de llegar, muy mala experiencia, el sistema de tv por cable lento y de mala resolución en pantalla, un control inservible, tarde como 30 minutos en que me solucionaran el problema, no contestan en recepción, cuando atiende otra llamada, poco personal, para un hotel.
