La ubicación, precio, limpieza e instalaciones del hotel están bien, pero no tuve buena experiencia en el tiempo de entrega de mi habitación (One Tecnológico Monterrey), llegué desde las 2pm esperando que desde las 3pm me pudieran entregar habitación y tuve que esperar 2 horas (5pm) para que me la entregaran y eso me afectó para llegar a un compromiso que tenía agendado. En lo personal me dio la impresión que su personal de limpieza no es suficiente para atender la demanda, y claro, las chicas de recepción son las que llevan las malas caras y malos tratos de parte de los huéspedes, que aclaro no fue mi caso, tuve bastante paciencia y comprensión.
