The hotel is old but it’s fine. The worst part is the front desk service, I have been sending mails to push them correct the mistake on the invoice they sent but the result is still wrong. When I called them directly to explained what I need, the front desk hang up the phone without giving solution. This is totally a service disaster for the Four Point brand and I don’t think anyone deserves the attitude and service 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This hotel has a good location, but it has nothing to do with Sheraton! When I entered the front desk, I thought I entered an apartment, not a hotel. The hotel is very old. The most exaggerated thing is that the air conditioner sounds like you are sleeping on the engine! You can hear the air conditioner next door when you sleep next door! The toilet flushing upstairs is as loud as an earthquake. The curtain design is also very interesting. You can't pull it left or right. It's just a layer of gauze... transparent
