Nice facilities, a little far from the center like Macroplaza, etc. Nice view, but the first day the pool with the view was closed or we were misinformed.
The restaurant only had hours for certain meals.

I called ahead of time to ask if during my stay I could access the handicap room due to my disability, they told me that they would have it available and that I should complete my reservation with ******* indicating that I required that room. When I arrive at the hotel I realize that they did not assign me that room and gave me a normal one, access to the bathroom was very restricted and this made my stay very unpleasant. Beyond breakfast for the entire stay, no compensation was made for the misfortune. As a recommendation, a single handicap room for a hotel is not enough, there should be at least one more.
