Pésimo servicio. Colchones sucios y llenos de chinches en habitación 407,307 y 515 . Sabanas trozadas, aires sin funcionar correctamente. La única solución que te ofrecen es cambio de habitación pero oh 😮 sorpresa, todas con chinches. Personal mal encarado, grosero, 0 actitud hacia el cliente. 0 disculpas por el inconveniente. Elevadores lentos No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto
