Dijeron que no estábamos en el sistema a pesar de que marcamos 30 minutos antes de llegar y nos dijeron que si estábamos. Nos cobraron 500 pesos más por ese motivo al llegar al establecimiento

Un hotel de muy buena relación precio-calidad. La atención del personal fue estupenda. Las habitaciones cómodas, bonitas, bien equipadas, todo funcional. Sólo tuve un detalle, y es que en la habitación 406 se siente la máquina que está arriba trabajando, y no solo vibran las paredes sino que sí hay algo de ruido que es muy molesto para dormir a quien tenga el suelo ligero... Sugiero corregir eso. La otra habitación en piso 3 todo perfecto! El desayuno es muy sencillo pero rico. Fruta, buen café, un pan, y ya si quieren pedir a la carta se puede hacer con costo adicional! Tiene estacionamiento, y está súper bien ubicado.

La recepcionista sin siquiera verificar, me aseguró que no habia una reservacion pagada a mi nombre, y que esas notificaciones por medio de aplicaciones soll le lleganan al gerente, pero cuando le pedi que ad comunicafa con él me dijo que no habia reservacion y se metio y no sali hasta que ptro huesped quiso entrrar al estacionamiento, ya que basicamente me atendió en el porton del estacionamiento ,le pedi que verificara y le mostré mi reservacion y mi recibo, a lo que me dijo que ni siquiera trabajaban con esta página, despues de mucho se comunicó con el gerente y este le confirmo que si habia reservacion, y aun asi no me quiso dejar pasar mi auto al estacionamineto, tenia dos habiataciones pagadas para una noche y llevaba un solo auto, pero no me queria dejar entrar que por que no habia lugar pero al otro huesped que estaba atras de mi si lo iba a dejar pasar, el estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño y amontonan los coches, si otro huesped quiere salir tienes aue salir a mover tu auto. Despues de la confusion ni siquiera una disculpa ofreció, al contrario, me entregó las tarjetas llave de las dos habitaciones de mala gana y se volteo de inmediato a otro lado
