Es un hotel que frecuento mucho, el personal es extremadamente amable, bien ubicado, pero lamentablemente el último día no había agua caliente en la mañana, a una temperatura de 12 grados, con compromisos que cumplir no fue placentero bañ**** con agua fría, este detalle tira por la borda cualquier esfuerzo del personal.

Monterrey estaba extremadamente frio y el Mini Split no servia, pasamos la noche sin aire acondicionado caliente. Tenia cita medica 8am y ya habiamos invertido como 3 horas esperando un solucion, ya era noche y tenia malestar. Ivan nos trato muy bien y le pedimos 4 cobijas para mitigar e frio y poder dormir un poco para cita medica

No hot breakfast, only fruit , cereals, yogurt.
Also, I had to ask for towels, they just provided 2, for a family of 6.
And the sofa , is not sofa bed, is a futon, so it was very uncomfortable to sleep there, and there was not sheets or blankets for it, we had to ask for them. We reserved a suite for 6 , so it was supposed that we were to use the “sofa bed” or futon.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy limpio. Lo unico malo es el baño que está muy encerrado y es muy pequeña la regadera. El desayuno es continental lo cuál esta bien, pero la fruta estaba congelada.
