The lady in front deks was terrible Martha,real rude and ignorant about customer service,first room was dirty and we paid for a Gobernator Suite our concierge Victor great guy but damage was done,oir second room doors were falling apart poor water system no room cleaning on our first day is not the same Quinta Real.

The room was disappointing. The hotel requires a lot of maintenance. We even had a drainage smell coming out from the shower, that I reported but nothing was done.

La propiedad sigue siendo una gran opción, los cuartos son en promedio mucho mayores de los que manejan en la zona. El servicio sigue siendo bueno y esmerado, pero ahora sí considero que le está faltando un poco de mantenimiento, sobre todo se nota en los baños de los cuartos, no es cosa de alarm**** pero no están excelentes como siempre habían esto.

Entramos al cuatro y olía a humedad, muy poca iluminación y las lámparas no servían con normalidad, tenían truco que solo el personal sabía cómo encendían

Nos quedamos en la Suite Gobernador, el servicio MUY malo. Te dan 2 mini botellas de agua al entrar y si quieres otra te la cobran casi a 100 pesos, no puedes meter nada de comida ni bebidas de fuera (agua, una soda, botana, etc).
La calefaccion del cuarto casi no calentaba, el mini bar ha sido de los peores que he visto en mi vida, solo 1 papitas, un refresco y agua mineral.
Un omelette te cuesta arriba de 600 pesos.
De verdad muy mala experiencia, mal servicio para una noche de 7,000 mxn

The general atmosphere is very good and the people are friendly and helpful. However, there were are a few drawbacks. One, the bed isn't easy to sleep in. Our's was kingsize, and the huge covering is hard to adjust to for two people; also, the pillows are too large for comfortable sleeping. And, unusual for this kind of room, there's no small refrigerator in it. At the in-house restaurant, I didn't care for some of the food. For example, the first thing I ordered was Eggs Benedict, and I've never had this dish without a creamy hollandaise sauce. This dish was cooked so that everything was dry. Not tasty, IMO. Finally, the terms weren't explained very well. I didn't understand why I had to have a huge deposit (like around $750 U.S.) made on my credit card to Quita Real. And, when checking out, the receptionist couldn't explain my bill in a way I could understand.
