Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Obispado Reviews

Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

It's not bad but it's ok.

The room is relatively large but the bedding is poor and the toilet facilities are also poor! In short, it doesn’t feel like a star when staying here on a business trip! The room I was given for the first time was not cleaned.

Good, the hotel is clean

The hotel is understaffed; I was assigned a room two hours after I arrived to the hotel. The carpet of my room was wet as well as one of the towels. I definitely did not have a great experience staying at this hotel.

Wow, this hotel is perfect. We got the Mountain View room and the view was a 90 degree angle. The whole corner view is viewable. Watch the sunrise to sunset in bed is a must. The restaurant is delicious, the room service is great, the drinks are yummy. Everything was GREAT!

I like the place is very convenient , clean, friendly staff and good food . The only inconvenience was that we supposed to check in at 3pm and we were there at 5pm and our room was not ready. They give it to us at 7:30pm

Located near a very good hospital and specialty clinics.

This is advertised as pet friendly. It is not. Made reservation, showed up after a 5 hour drive and told they dont accept pets.

The place is fine... but only fine. Unimpressive and a bit dissapointing. The room was well kept and clean, with nice views. The main entrance to the hotel at street level is sad - no benches to wait for an Uber and very dark and lonely at night. Breakfast is way is too pricey for its quality, as is the room service food. Won't stay there again.

Every thing is perfect except the toilets sits. They are to small , maybe for kids. Not for international American people

Personnel were helpful and friendly. The bar terrace was a nice place to have drinks and see the skyline. I would recommend as a place to relax, close to El Mirador de Obispado. Restaurantes somewhat close but hotel has restaurant. Just had breakfast buffet, which was adequate.
