Let me start by saying the staff is really nice and helped me very fast with the issues I encountered. But the hotel has a lot of problems in the cleaning area, I think a resort of its category should have the rooms very clean before handing the key to the client. I had to move from one room to another since my room was not cleaned after the previous guests. And when arriving to the second room we encountered it was very dirty, it had chocolate stains in the phone, the coffee maker was very very dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the countertops had chocolate as well. So I had to call again and ask for a person to clean my room since I didn’t had the confidence to make a second room change and find it dirty.
