The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Super convenient if you are going to an event at the foundry. The room was clean and comfortable to spend the night. I would stay again.

I did like how independent things felt. I didn't particularly like the layout of the bedroom (the wall sockets were too far and odd). Everything else was great.

The check in is terrible, you cannot enter the property until you find an Oxxo to pay while you are there with suitcases on the sidewalk and the street does not look safe apart from the cold it was after surfing. Finally, he asks for your identification. You send him a photo. and it gives you a code that will open the door then another code that will open the room if you do not have credit on your phone you are already ruined because the horn on the main door CANNOT hear anything I would not stay there again and I DO NOT recommend it any less to single women

It has been the worst place I have ever stayed, the service and the cleanliness leave a lot, but a lot to talk about, the room was given to us dirty, there is too much noise from the person in charge of cleaning, it is not a quiet place, the Water service is terrible, and no one solves anything, if you need something they take more than half an hour to assist you because everything is by call or WhatsApp and they take a long time to answer, because THERE IS NO RECEPTION.
In short, I do not recommend this “hotel” at all for guests****.
