訂的大床房給的雙床，到5樓竟然要電梯到4樓再爬一層上去，5樓的房號竟然寫着桑拿房…應該是桑拿房改的房間！空調跟拖拉機似的，房間都在顫抖，睡覺沒辦法用！水壓低，水温忽冷忽熱，總體差評！

Todo estubo muy bien en nuestra estancia, solamente podría hacer un comentario sobre los colchones, ropa de cama y almohadas, no son malos, pero podrían estar mejor (en cuanto a comodidad) todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, pero estos no eran tán confortables.

Hotel que cumple. Sus instalaciones son ya viejas. No tuvimos agua caliente un día. Muy difícil de regular el agua. Nos resolvieron dejando bañarnos en otro cuarto. Pero es incómodo. Las almohadas en mal estado y duras. La limpieza bien.
