This is international hotel, the service staffs of front desk can speak English and very friendly. In the room,there's room service on24, even you are hungry very late. Very good.

There is no service in this hotel, brand new facility, need more training of their staff.

Great place to stay

This hotel has an excellent location and the facilities are perfect. The best thing is that the gym is open for 24 hours.

The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.

Very beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place. I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now. Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla. 9.5/10 would definitely book again. Kind regards, Davey

Great hotel to stay in, would recommend!

pretty good except the air condition

The hotel has a nice environment, like an old manor. The rooms are quite large and well-equipped. The air is fresh in the morning, and the scenery changes as you move around. The garden is very beautiful, and the hotel swimming pool is also large and the water temperature is suitable. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the overall experience is good.

This is a new hotel. The decoration is very good and the hygiene is very clean. Because it is new, the room does have a solid wood smell, which is acceptable. The service is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel restaurant tastes good too. The location is very convenient and cost-effective. Very high, recommended!

The experience is very good. It is also very convenient nearby and easy to travel. I will choose to stay at the hotel next time. The breakfast in the hotel is also good. My colleagues who are traveling together also said that the hotel is good. I will continue to stay there next time.
