A estrutura do quarto precisa de reforma urgente. O salão do café da manhã estava lotado e com portas e janelas fechadas. Quando pedi à funcionária para abrir, ela disse que não podia porque entrariam mosquitos. Em plena pandemia de COVID, ficar em um ambiente fechado cheio de gente comendo é inadmissível.

Atendimento excelente desde a reserva até a chegada. Todos funcionários são muito atenciosos. Quarto bom, ducha boa, toalhas boas e limpas. Café da manhã com variedades. Estacionamento pequeno, mas os funcionários são prestativos na hora de estacionar e sair.

Colchões bem moles. Hotel lotado e barulhento. Hotel antigo precisando de reforma. Banheiro sem janela. Box vazando água. Garagem nao suporta a quantidade de hospedes. Parei na rua mesmo. Relação custo X benefício longe de ser boa! O pessoal que trabalha lá é bem atencioso e solicito. Procurei um Hotel simples, mas o preço não foi tão simples e o hotelfoi menos q simples.

Quartos com boa estrutura, bom café da manhã. Contudo, banhos gelados, em todas as tentativas, pelas seis pessoas da reserva. Ao comunicar a recepção pra solicitar solução, orientavam ligar o registro da água quente (como se ninguém tivesse tentado isso, não é?!). Se não suportam a lotação do hotel, e não são capazes de solucionar um problema tão simples, não tenham tantos quartos!

Água quente não funcionou... Água acumula no box, transbordando para o banheiro. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Acomodação no quarto andar, restaurante no quinto andar = ruído indesejado às 06 da manhã.
