We stayed just one night for a sporting event. Recently renovated, minimal, modern, well-kept and very clean environment. Buffet breakfast with the right amount of high quality products. Owner available and professional.

Beautiful room, all clean and attention to the smallest details, free mini bar almost never happens, in the bathroom everything you need even razor and shaving foam, Netflix on TV, bright room, comfortable bed, two memory pillows each, breakfast included, simple but Good, the helpful owner responded even late in the evening, a truly excellent choice

Excellent structure with parking facilities, I liked it very much. Comfortable bed and nice tv. Alessio, the owner, welcomes you in the best possible way to make you feel good. In the area there are numerous places for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!!

The accommodation was very clean and the service was excellent. Through the communication via WhatsApp we could quickly and easily ask for help with problems.
Due to the proximity to the beach but also to the train station everything worth seeing could be reached quickly.

All perfect! Large, clean and tidy room (including free minibar!!!) Excellent breakfast with choices ranging from sweet to savory. Alessio, owner of the property, was super in everything, from the welcome to the advice on how to get around. Thanks so much again for everything!!

We’ve been traveling all around Italy and this has been by far the best B&B we have stayed at. The host/ owner was very welcoming and one could tell he pours his heart into the B&B. The rooms were all new, beautiful and very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at with so many extras! The bed was so comfortable and the room spotless and aesthetically pleasing! Very modern and easy to rest there. The owner was so hospitable and provided a yummy breakfast and cappuccinos! There is parking for a small fee if you ask. There are stairs to the rooms. He provides free Netflix also for the tv watchers.

Booking a las**inute room in Montesilvano for work, I came across this b&b by chance. I have been a customer since they opened and I visit them once a month. As a business traveller, I really appreciated the perfect cleanliness, the excellent breakfast and the comfort in the rooms. Surplus for free minibar and kindness of the owner. A beautiful reality!
