Un excellent accueil à notre arrivée Une chambre familiale luxe très agréable et confortable, une salle de bain au top Un situation au calme Un petit déjeuner exquis avec des produits locaux et très frais … le pain le jus d’orange, les fromages…. Belle hôtel chambre globalement propre mais gros problème avec l’eau chaude à peine tiède même au max et pas de pression. Des explications à la réception mais pas d’excuse pour le désagrément

aussi petite lampe salle de bains grillé lavabo très long a se vidé moquette sur le pallier défecte.

Repeated non professionnal behavior from personnel: - start of breakfast indicated at 7:00 instead of 8:30, - orange pressing machine not functional: “manage yourself” before noticing no power was available in the room, - explanations systematically interrupted by personnel before concluding “you dont know how to talk” - raging behavior at check out “you will not be able to stop me”
