Do not go to this hotel.... they gave my room away to someone after i was already checked in. Went through my personal and work bag. Never recovered my Airpods !!! At Least I got my computer returned ..... :(:( Terrible and Unsafe Also the GM Cory doesnt return calls or messages so that great too!

Best Marriott experience! Staff is amazing! Front desk and at Bistro! Both girls made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Please keep the staff you have. An elite member so I’ve been to many… and again by far best welcoming and stay I’ve had with Marriott itself. Thank you.

This Marriott hotel is one of the most tired hotels we have stayed at. Everything was well worn, the carpets in the hallway were dirty, we were not getting daily house keeping, which is fine except we do need coffee and cups everyday and it was difficult to find someone to bring those to our room.
The ladies at the front desk were usually talking to other employees so it felt like I was interrupting if I needed to ask for something. One time there was an argument happening between 3 housekeepers at the front counter. Our keys stopped working twice during the week and we had to get them re-keyed, as did everyone else in our group, all on different floors. One of the outside doors wouldn’t open at all- the one nearest the elevator, so that was inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. That said, we found them untrained and unknowledgeable about multiple things...including the person/people at the bistro who when asked what kind of chardonnay they had responded, "Rose". No one of 3 people knew how to work the register at the Bistro. When we asked for a cocktail glass, two people looked like deer in headlights and finally brought back a mini wine glass. The phone did not work in the room; the front desk was unconcerned about this. The ring was up on the toilet when we first entered. We would NEVER stay here again.

Time for a redo or total make over. Good location to the city and off the highway. Close enough to ASU & Auburn Montgomery but very tired property. Old unhealthy mattress making sleep tough and carpet that looks funky in the halls. Tired fitness area with no space to stretch and just a feel of this place needs a face lift.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the walls and the ottoman looked dirty. Also the bed was flimsy; it moved when I sat on the edge.
