The valet desk was overwhelmed with the volume of cars and neefed 2 more staff. Same with the front desk. 15 monute wauts at both...otherwise great

Beautiful hotel! Great bed. Loved the spa! Great breakfast food! Walked for 4 mins to Central Restaurant & awesome food there! A nice girlfriend getaway.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, the rooms were lacking seating would have like maybe two chairs. Also a very limited menu.

My wife and I checked in and it was our first time staying at the Renaissance here in Montgomery. Deondre was very generous and professional and gave us a nice run down of the area. Westley was ever efficient with assisting us with our bags and checking in. Thank you gentleman for making our first experience here an easy transition.

Jakean was a great help to our organization this weekend at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel. From professional customer service, personal care of our vehicles, and overall professionalism just shined through this young man! I believe he is a great assets to the Renaissance and more Jakean’s should be hired.
