The staff welcomed me with open arms. My room was immaculate! Very clean and very well done with the furnishings and I had a view of the river walk. My experience with Allia King and the valets was equally as exceptional. Cam was polite, friendly and very helpful! Well done young man! I’ll be back for sure!

Paul with the Valet Service is amazing. He provided the most personal & professional valet service that we’ve ever experienced. The level of customer service that he provided sets the bar extremely high & his coworkers should strive to emulate his efforts. He is a credit to a those in the service industry. I hope his employers recognize his efforts. Kudos, Paul!

Caleb who works as a valet/bell hop was terrific! Most helpful with several boxes and coolers that I was hauling for an event. He was courteous and efficient. (Note, valet services at this hotel is typically understaffed.) ………………………………….

DeAondre was the absolutely best. Me and few friends came down to enjoy the night downtown he set us up with valet and gave us great recommendations. We enjoyed the sip and cycle , the house restaurant was delicious. We even got a chance to ride the scooters he told us about. Thank you DeAondre the girls and I had a blast.

The stay was a pretty good stay as a quick getaway trip. De’Andre was a great valet attendant. He helped us throughout the stay with our valet concerns. I will continue to take more trips through Montgomery and especially choose to stay downtown.

I absolutely adore DeAondre , my first encounter was meeting him at Starbucks while he was cracking jokes with the team members and he offered to pay for my drink because left my wallet back in my room. Second encounter was back at the hotel and we were totally surprised because we had just seen each other. If this is the type of people you have working at Renaissance then I am sold. This young man gives off great energy , he has a tremendous personality and represents this company well. The kind gestures , the great service from all of the staff , indoor and out. I am very very impressed.

DeAondre is a total pleasure to be around. I love his energy. He is polite , authentic and really cares for the guest needs. He made sure we got nice and settled into our room He even gave us a little run down of the hotels amenities. I just might check out the spa that he recommended. Thank you DeAondre !

Beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating with a rollaway bed that was not initially requested at time of booking.
