The ENTIRE staff was excellent and very pleasant each morning and evening.

Excellent stay. Am on road trip. This was best hotel in 6 stops. Clean, beautiful location. Every employee encountered friendly and helpful. Happened to stay on a Wednesday night when having evening reception. Thought good. Definitely better breakfast. Yes standard options found Hilton properties but also fresh fruit bowl. Breakfast area light and clean.

From check-in (Jada) to check-out (Demarcus), this property went above and beyond to make our Anniversary celebration special. The General Manager (Micheal) exemplified extraordinary care and consideration for my wife and I during our stay. I can’t forget about the breakfast/reception staff…Shirley, Mary and team made sure we had everything we needed. As a Diamond Honors member, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, quiet getaway with dining and shopping all within walking distance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just a nice family time

This is our Go-To place when in Montgomery..It is very clean and the workers are friendly..Kathy and Charleetha at the desk recommended a wonderful seafood place that we went to..I like a place with clean vacuumed hallways and this place has them..The beds are very comfortable too.

Best run Hilton property from cleanliness to staff. Top notch experience every time. All the staff greet with a sincere smile and seem only focused on the customer. Property is in close proximity to a number of restaurants.

This is a great well kept property. I was in town to see Shen Yu!! Waited a long time to see this show. Ms. Jada at the front desk restored my faith back in customer service. I had a challenging morning getting there starting with a flat tire. Ms. Jada was so pleasant and kind. She had no clue what kind of morning I had endured. I was early she took the time to find me a room. I was very frustrated and tired about the day but excited to see the show. Ms. Jada thank you so much for your kindness on 2-13-24. Thank you for reminding me there are still people that believe in outstanding customer service. I will be back to see you again, Ms. Jada needs a RAISE!! REGIONAL MGR MICHAEL MODOZIE. In a world were customer service longer exist it did with Ms. Jada. She serviced the Human being. you are appreciated!!

I’m writing this because when I was searching for a hotel accommodation in the Montgomery area, almost every property I looked at had at least a couple of recent reviews relaying experiences about a dirty room or staff issues or a tired property or crummy neighborhood, This hotel had no such reviews so I booked here. I am happy to share that i’m very pleased with my choice and you would be too! I already knew from the photos that a room on the backside would have views like a luxury resort, which they are! I stayed in a king bedroom studio, so it was not very big. But it’s still had a full kitchen that was very clean, a fold out couch that was just fine— and the extra linens were already in the room, I didn’t have to ask. I really didn’t interact much with the staff, but everyone was friendly. Breakfast was standard fare and I love happy morning people, which staff definitely are. I’m not sure the age of the property, but the room has been updated including LVT floors and a nice quartz lavatory counter. The property is very well lit at night. Since we were only here for one night, we didn’t leverage the pool, the sport court, the shuffleboard table, or the outdoor fire pit, all of which look like great accommodations for family stays. The hotel is in the Eastchase shopping district. There are lots of restaurants and shopping options. This hotel appears to be the only one that isn’t surrounded by it, however. Some traveler details: -Quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel from large squirt bottles are decent quality. -No shaving mirror -GREAT shower pressure, not a dribbler. -Lots of USB ports, in desk lamp base and alarm clock.

All staff are friendly. Breakfast is also very delicious! The room condition is also very good. I want to visit again!
