Pros Pool was perfect and the pool staff was very friendly. Quick access from the highway. Close to Eateries. Cons I called to check on room availability and I was quoted a nightly rate plus a military discount was to be applied at check-in. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was unable to find our reservation but assured us it was not a problem. The clerk appeared to have an issue calculating the total charge and had to call someone; when we questioned the total sounding too high, she assured us that she had applied a $6 military discount, however, on the bill it appears that we were charged $6 more than the nightly rate previously quoted.Check-in took 35 minutes. Our room had an unpleasant odor and the shower seat did not appear clean; (we were too exhausted to attempt to address these issues at that time.) One of our key cards did not work and had to be replaced; the next morning the 2nd key card no longer functioned and had to be replaced. The hotel entrance from the pool was not operating with either key card; when I reported to the front desk, the clerk told me I was using my card incorrectly and I had to demonstrate then was offered no solution other than to walk around to the front door where employees were constantly smoking. It is disappointing and unacceptable to have these types of issues with a motel stay.

Tried to get in to the hotel. Never ended up getting my room but was still charged for stay?

Only offered coffee for breakfast, but the coffee maker was not working and the heat was not working either.

One of nicest Motel 6-clean, well lit parking lot for walking dogs late ,lots of TV channels, polite staff

I only stayed one night. I like that its close to the airport. This was my first stay here. My bed sheets smelled of pets and some of the bathroom towels were yellow. It was also a little noisy at night. My room was on the first floor.

Convenient to my venue. I was cycling out of ASU stadium downtown. I will stay there again next year.

Walking into room looked nice and like pic on web. Then 2 inch cockroach greeted us. Found no other bugs so stayed because it was late and nonrefundable. Overall r since we booked through *******.
