I was pleasantly surprised. Great staff,room and amenities were top notch. The best meals were served, even an unexpected dinner meal occasionally. The common areas could've been cleaner. The furniture severely worn but comfortable. The building itself was once grand,now wearing out. Couldn't do laundry,machines were down. Certain common areas were neglected. Over-all, I loved it. I will return.

This was by far the worst hotel I have every stayed in during my 45 years of travelling. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN
1) TV in main dining room :: broken

We booked a room with 1 king and a pull out for 3 people for a sports tourney nearby.
The pull out mattress was stained and did not have a cover on it. We asked for a sheet and extra blanket and were told the hotel was at capacity so they did not have any sheets or covers for the pull out.
Also, the shower nozzle had to be held in order for any hot water to come out. The front desk staff was not helpful in anyway to help rectify the issues with the room.

We stayed for two nights. Me, my husband and our two kids under 4.
Hotel Room - As soon as we walked into our hotel room my allergies went nuts - for the record, I rarely have allergy issues. The filter from the Air vent (easily slides in and out) was LOADED with dust. Like it was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers were empty or very close to empty. The hot water ran out after two showers so the bath for my kids was just barely warm.
Staff - barely acknowledged our existence. We asked for a crib which they brought, but didn't give us a mattress cover? Not even a smile when checking in or out.
Dining Area - all chair cushions (including in our hotel room) were peeling and shredded and looked terrible.
Breakfast - was probably the only mildly noteworthy part. Waffles, cereal, juices, coffees, hashbrowns, bacon, hardboiled eggs, etc. quality is subpar but at least there's a good variety to choose from.

Generally was not well kept with outside locked doors often propped. Breakfast was late and not fully presented (ie utensils and food were missing). We were charged for parking without being told. When we asked for a receipt, we were refused, saying that ******* would provide it. We found out about the parking charge only after getting our credit card bill.
