We stayed for two nights. Me, my husband and our two kids under 4.
Hotel Room - As soon as we walked into our hotel room my allergies went nuts - for the record, I rarely have allergy issues. The filter from the Air vent (easily slides in and out) was LOADED with dust. Like it was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers were empty or very close to empty. The hot water ran out after two showers so the bath for my kids was just barely warm.
Staff - barely acknowledged our existence. We asked for a crib which they brought, but didn't give us a mattress cover? Not even a smile when checking in or out.
Dining Area - all chair cushions (including in our hotel room) were peeling and shredded and looked terrible.
Breakfast - was probably the only mildly noteworthy part. Waffles, cereal, juices, coffees, hashbrowns, bacon, hardboiled eggs, etc. quality is subpar but at least there's a good variety to choose from.

Generally was not well kept with outside locked doors often propped. Breakfast was late and not fully presented (ie utensils and food were missing). We were charged for parking without being told. When we asked for a receipt, we were refused, saying that ******* would provide it. We found out about the parking charge only after getting our credit card bill.

The advertised pool and hot tub are closed. The breakfast as presented bill be bypassed including the pre-cooked eggs.

This is my second time at this location and probably my last. The hotel website said the pool was closed until January 15th for repairs; I checked in on 3/15 and it's still closed. They should have either updated their web site to reflect a different date or email their guests letting them know the pool is STILL closed. Super frustrating and disappointing. The rooms are big but the furniture is in such disrepair it's really gross. There were ants all over the kitchen counter and the bathroom calking around the tub is moldy. Housekeeping didn't come ONCE during my 3 night stay. The TV is through DirectTV and the signal is so bad you can't watch anything and the TV's are too old to stream Netflix or any other streaming service. For almost $600 for 3 nights I feel totally ripped off.
