Superb hotel, beautiful setting. Room was clean, beautiful and very well equipped. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast - home made feel. Spa and especially the pool were a welcomed bonus. Highly recommended. Can't wait to visit again.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous nous rendons à l'hôtel National Resort&spa. La première fois en couple, en 2022 et cette fois, avec notre fille de 12 ans. Nous sommes plus que ravis de nos deux séjours. L'hôtel est magnifique, le cadre superbe avec les montagnes en face de la piscine, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est parfait et le personnel est merveilleux. Séjourner dans cet hôtel, c'est un avant-goût du paradis, un vrai enchantement. Je remercie plus que vivement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel National pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons, ça c'est une certitude.

This hotel is amazing. Simply the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and relaxed. They could not have done any more. We stayed with our 3 children and could not fault the place. Breakfast was lovely, room was impeccable. The spa and the view from there were breath-taking. We will definitely be back.

Nice resort with a lovely spa! Beautiful back drop. Kind lady gave us a room with a nicer view. Chose same resort 6 years ago for its beauty! House keeping do such a fab job! Slightly dissapointed nothing was left this time in our room to celebrate 15 years! Especially as we returned back. I know loads of cut backs but this would have been super cute. Still here till Monday but if anyone considering this place do book. One of the nicer spas in this area. But definitely not a cheaper option. They also do need a cute fire place here! The closed the one that used to be in smokinh room👌

J’ai passé 3 jours formidables à l’Hotel National! Très bel établissement à la déco soignée, localisation parfaite dans le très beau village de Champéry, et une équipe aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine, le Spa et le massage. Je recommande!

Stay as a couple late September-early October We are very happy to have chosen this hotel in Champéry to discover Switzerland. The village is calm, relaxing, and above all magnificent. Village well placed for discovering the mountains as well as the banks of Lake Geneva - just 40 minutes from Montreux. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the staff is welcoming and very attentive to customers. We found the breakfast buffet varied and good. We also took advantage of the spa with its heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Everything was perfect. We recommend and hope to stay there again. Once again a big thank you to the staff for their kindness and availability. 4-star hotel with services to match!

Kleines, edles Hotel. Aussergewöhnlich, freundliches Personal. Sehr liebevoll und mit Blick aufs Detail eingerichtet, viel Holz. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, mit Balkon. Erhielten anstelle des bestellten Superieur Zimmer die Suite im Dachstock ohne Aufpreis. Das Frühstück deckt alles was ein edles Hotel zu bieten hat. Besonders schön fanden wir das schöne, kleine Spa mit Sprudelbad, Sauna und geheiztem Aussenschwimmbecken. Alles in Allem hat uns das Hotel aussergewöhnlich gut gefallen.

We have just had a brilliant week staying here - what a find! A beautiful hotel, top facilities and a wonderful staff that really went the distance to help us organise day trips and restaurants (which for a party of eight was massively helpful). I would thoroughly recommend this charming hotel and region. We had five children with us between 15 and seven and there was loads to do. A proper treasure of a hotel!
