We stayed at the super 8 and the staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the swimming pool was perfect! Will definitely stay again

The check in process was ok, front desk was pretty friendly. The overall condition of the hotel & room was worn & dirty. Very outdated, it doesn't look like they have replaced or cleaned the carpeting since it was built. We only had a 1 night stay which was more than enough.

The breakfast was sad at this location so the next stop I stayed at a Holliday Inn express.... same quality but way better breakfast so I will choose them when I travel back home... sorry but it was a better value

The room's cleanliness left alot to be desired. The bathroom paint was peeling and mold on the ceiling & walls above the shower area. The floor was sticky, I laid a bath towel down to walk on while in the bathroom. Cobwebs on the ceilings and in the corners. WiFi continually dropped. I had to walk down to the check-in area to get reconnected frequently which obviously is not convenient. The staff acknowledged this is a problem here. No staff available during check-out, even after ringing the "doorbell" multiple times. Breakfast only offers high-carb options, no protein options. Recommended hard-boiled eggs and/or even string cheese which would've been better than nothing. I will most definitely look elsewhere if I have to travel to Monticello again.

I feel the room was not nice enough for 110.00 a night. The bed was not comfortable at all. Lumpy flat pillows also

Got a room there for the pool. The pool was shut down due to maintenance, brought up our concern and they gave us a free night, once the pool is back up and running. The TV in the room didn't work, didn't complain about, as we weren't going to be using it much.
