The hotel is not 5 star by traditional standard but given the area it is 6 star. Good accommodation near Monticello has been a long time coming and this hotel has been there through the duration with clean rooms and many options!

The room was very clean! Property is an older hotel and a tad earworn. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, clearly trying their best to make us feel welcome. Nearby restaurant and diners were very good. Area is one we would like to explore more.

Our room was spacious and with an unexpected balcony. The noise level was quite low which allowed for a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast was one of the better ones we have experienced. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
Restaurant next door was good.
Short distance to Bethel Woods. All around a great experience!

Staff were very helpful, warm and friendly. The room was very clean and neat and the bed was super comfortable. We really we had more time there and we will definitely book our next stay with Best Western.

The room was super clean everything at our likings very close to the areas we wanted to visit there’s 2 gas stations across the street a pizzeria with 1 minute walk and near the highway we like this location it’s only about 9 minutes away from the Catskills resort

I arrived at 2:30 am. They told me I could have a late checkout of 12 pm. The housekeepers woke me up at 9 by knocking on the door to see if I was there. Around 10 they woke me up by being loud in the hallway. At 11 am the front desk called me to check if I was still in the room. This was frustrating. But the room was nice and spacious.

I really enjoyed the service. Its nice to feel warm and welcomed and have conversation. Im unsure who was working the day i came but if i was able id give her 5 starts!!
