My Husband, children and I traveled at midnight after having a long day for 2 hours from NYC to Catskills. We were coming to celebrate our 10 year old’s birthday.It was extremely FOGGY, rainy and cold that night. Arrived at RW 2 am-ish.Expectedly drained and frustrated we met KIMBERLY SUCH A COMPASSIONATE, POLITE ,KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY,INFORMATIVE LOVELY & CONSIDERATE FRONT DESK AGENT! She immediately put a smile on our tired faces with her warm energetic greeting. She gave us ideas on things we can do in the area, told us what the hotel offers and gave us pamphlets. (Side note) I noticed she was a team player because she would occasionally fill Eric in on our conversation which looked really good to me asa guest and an observer. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Then we met DELVIS WHO WAS EQUALLY AMAZING!!! They made our stay worthwhile! TYSM guys! The only negative thing is the pool surrounding area( tiles and seat cushions) is VERY dirty. I also felt that the hot tub and pool isn’t frequently serviced or has water cleaning services. I would mention another down side but Kimberly and Delvis those two especially made me overlook any inconveniences!FYI I wouldn’t have mentioned the pool for their sake too but it was pretty bad. All in all We would definitely come back again and plan to! Ashley was really kind too :) please keep up the great customer service! It definitely sets the tone for the stay and it makes for positive memories! From The “Samuel” bunch lol
