The Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark

Room was never cleaned while our stay And under couch was dirty from prior guests . We personally took bags of garbage pail out and placed by the door

Absolutely beautiful, but needs to add more to waterpark itself. More bars, more rides, more food options, just more everything. Other waterparks have more to offer. Our trip didn’t require that, but it absolutely got the job done

The drinks: soda, juices, AND the beer were super watered down at Harvey’s Wallbanger. Pizza and chicken tenders were pretty good. Staff was nice at the restaurant but extremely slow given that there were only like 5 tables seated in total while we were there. Waterpark was nice and our rooms were clean.

This is my family’s second time here. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff is absolutely amazing. We had to wait a bit for our check in but for our patience we got rewarded with an upgraded room and late check out (totally worth it) my sons have a few challenges and the staff were absolutely amazing with every step. Everything was absolutely safe and perfect couldn’t ask for a better vacation/celebration for my son’s 8th. 10/10 thank you so much Kartrite and staff ♥️♥️🥹

If I could give zero I would give zero several times. First of all, there is only one person at check-in. The staff is not polite, the room accommodations are the only good thing. The photos of the park inside deceive you on the website, it's small and there's almost nothing for children to do. I went with a friend and her son, both the same age, 12. We went for breakfast and there is all you can eat, 22.95 adults and children up to 12 pay 12.95, and there are still no breakfast varieties. When I went to check my card they had charged each of us 22.95. There is no bottled water for sale at the resort, only tap water, I have never seen that. For you to use the only two restaurants you have to make a reservation. The food is horrible and expensive, the drinks are the same. We had to leave the building and go to the local Walmart to buy water and some snacks. They have room to build a structure equal to or better than the Kalahari, but they haven't done it. For the price we paid of $975 for 2 nights, it wasn't worth a penny. PLEASE CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING. If I had done so, they wouldn't have seen my hard-earned money.

Best place to take the kids for a mini vacation they will love it lots of fun activity. This is so far my best indoor water park I've been to, and I've been to quite a few.

I attended the Fisch Family Reunion at the Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark 5-31-6-2. It was a FABULOUS weekend truly enhanced by Danielle Schwartz, who helped tremendously to plan all the rooms and reservations. The Resort is a WONDERFUL place for a weekend or overnight stay........great place, beautiful location, lots to do & exceptional value!

I've visited Kartrite for overnight stays twice now and have both times been very happy with the hotel and resort. I love how modern the resort feels and how clean all the rooms and common areas are. The resort also does a great job at making the communal spaces both indoor and outdoor feel inviting. They offer a varied list of different activities scheduled throughout the day from trampoline time to face painting to movie nights. I also love the fire pits in the evening to relax and unwind after a busy day at the water park. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Kartrite is a small resort and a small waterpark. While this might be a drawback for some, I found it's size to be a positive. It was easy to navigate and wasn't overwhelming due to it's size. I travelled with younger children who were primarily interested in the lazy river, cannon ballers area and affinity springs so I didn't at all mind the limited number of slides but that might be an issue for those traveling with older kids. I also appreciated the pricing in their restaurants and shops; usually water parks take every opportunity to price gouge you and upcharge everything insanely but that wasn't the case here. I noticed that not all restaurants were open and the climbing wall for the kids was only open half the time. They might be understaffed or maybe we went when it just wasn't that busy but it would have been nice to have more food options available. Staff was mostly indifferent, neither friendly nor unfriendly but offered assistance when I sought it.
