D'un acceuil assez moyen (pas de conseils, peu de reponses aux questions posées), les draps ne sont pas changés, d'autant qu'ils y avait une trace de sang sous l'oreiller. Absence d'eau chaude le soir. Eau tiède le matin.

Le confort du lit est une catastrophe. Les matelas ne sont pas du tout du standing hôtelier. Pas assez épais, bien trop inconfortables. Les oeillets sont aussi épais que des crêpes ou des galettes. La priorité c'est le lit et son confort qu'un client souhaite avoir dans un hôtel.

Ménage vraiment succinct , sol, salle de bain et toilette sales. Sur trois jours d'occupations personne n'est passé pour refaire le ménage. Une literie vraiment pas top. C'est ni fait ni à faire vraiment déçu de cet hôtel

A notre arrivée, la standardiste ne trouvait pas mon paiement. Puis j'ai payé 4 petits déjeuners (2 le samedi et 2 le dimanche) or le samedi j'ai voulu annuler ceux du dimanche car on partait plus tôt et paraît il que ce n était pas possible que cela ne se fera que fin juin 😡😡plus jamais je ne payerais quelque chose en amont!!! Puis le samedi matin j'ai signalé que ma lampe de chevet était HS elle n'a pas été changée. La vitre de la fenêtre de notre chambre au rdc est cassée et non changée (bonjour la sécurité), l eau de la baignoire s écoule très mal...

It was a dismal place. The hallway was long and dark and out of a horror movie. There were hairs and stains in our supposedly clean beds when we checked in. The mirror in the bathroom was gone, with only dried glue on a wood panel in its place. The hotel gave off terrible vibes in general, despite a somewhat friendly lady at reception. We canceled and left. I’m not a super critical person in general, and I’ve never done that before, for the record. But i just couldn’t stay.

Prévoir une couverture dans le placard. Contrôler la bouilloire qui est plein de calcaire. Prévoir de remettre des draps 'quand le client passe 2 nuits de suite. Ainsi que des serviettes de toilette.
