Malgrado bagno comunque location consigliatissima.

An enchanted village, where you can breathe an air of pure relaxation. The staff is helpful, but a note of particular merit goes to the chef of the structure. Incredibly kind and helpful even with children! Super natural breakfasts, all genuine and fresh!

We have just finished our stay and I must say we had a great time. A structure surrounded by greenery where tranquility reigns. The strong point of Borgo Pulciano are the people who manage it, starting from the reception with the very kind and professional Miss Lucia, always ready and attentive to the needs of the guests. Compliments. Then we move on to talk about the jewel in the crown: catering. Starting by thanking the dining room staff who are always very attentive, very punctual and very kind. Absolutely not a given these days. Thank you. I could give six stars on the kitchen. More than just a starred chef. Very friendly person who comes out of the kitchen to explain the various excellent dishes. We are delighted by the truffle. And then in the morning a spectacular breakfast with homemade cakes of a quality that cannot be found even in the best pastry shops. In short, if you want to be pampered in a beautiful place I recommend this property. Thanks again and see you next time. Francesco and Gabriella.

Location surrounded by greenery, with all the common areas in good order and clean. Mini apar**ent: clean, with a fairly well-equipped kitchen (a small welcome kit would be appreciated, as when you arrive you don't always have the bare minimum to be able to cook). Staff: Excellent! everyone is kind, courteous and smiling, ready to satisfy customer requests; Thank you. Breakfast: excellent! many good and well-made things (I suggest small signs near the cakes and jams, indicating the ingredients, to facilitate intolerant, or worse, allergic, in order to avoid unpleasant situations). Restaurant: excellent; excellent raw materials and generous portions; Allow me to suggest greater attention to the cooking times of the second courses.

Three of us went, me, my wife and my sister-in-law. Truly excellent experience and a further holiday should definitely be rescheduled. The village is an enchanted place, it seems that time has stopped and there is a magical atmosphere. In addition to the splendid location (the only regret was not having been able to use the swimming pools but on the other hand it is April) we particularly liked the friendly and, dare I say, familiar approach of the staff. Truly good professionals and attentive to all customer wishes. We would like to give particular recognition to the Chef, who is so good in the kitchen and so good at interpersonal relationships. What can I say? I can't find a negative note and I highly recommend using the facility

My husband and I spent four truly relaxing days here with excellent cuisine in a truly fabulous setting. Unfortunately my husband had a health problem and all the staff were supportive. A special thank you to chef Santi and his wife, Emanuela and Mimmo in the dining room and Lucia at the reception. See you in autumn and thanks again.

Beautiful structure: characteristic hamlet and well-kept apar**ents/rooms; there is also a swimming pool and large outdoor spaces. Good restaurant with very attentive staff: we ate various first courses with porcini mushrooms and Umbrian cheeses... all very good

Presumptuous, unprofessional and inexperienced. Beautiful structure. Stop. We stayed, three families, from the Friday before Easter to the Monday in Albis at this property... Problems with booking right from the start, rates blocked in Advance booking which disappeared upon confirmation... then reappeared after explaining that the booking paid in advance is precisely to lock in the best rate... and oh well... Balance requested before arrival and tourist tax requested at the beginning of the stay... now I understand why... Half board hotel formula with rooms never made up for 4 days, towels never changed, invasion of ants upon arrival, in 2 out of 3 rooms, and what's more embarrassing we had to beg for toilet paper (2 rolls in 4 days for 3 people)... the receptionist bounced us off to the restaurant, the better not to talk about the restaurant... in the end, after various complaints, it was delivered to us in front of all the restaurant customers, loose, by hand... oh well. There is no covered common area, the restaurant cannot be used before 7.30pm (punctuality Switzerland) and despite the wind and the cold we had to spend every afternoon in the little squares in front of the reception and the bar... getting cold and without being able to do anything... small rooms to accommodate us all... (Children who returned to home influenced... Thank you). Children, verbally warned several times for allowing themselves to play with the ball... (the parent is called or a regulation is exposed but the children are not shouted at). Apartment plumbing noisy all night, with sink gurgling water. Maintenance of the greenery with motorized lawnmowers and leaf vacuum cleaners, very noisy, all Saturday afternoon when the children wanted to rest, work that is carried out, logically speaking, before the arrival of the guests... and oh well.. Catering: no comment . The chef is nice but the service and dishes are truly embarrassing. Unpresentable wine list. And finally.. we forgot 200 euros worth of truffles and cured meats in the fridge.. but they denied that anyone had found anything.. (the reception was notified a few hours after we noticed it). Italian hospitality: this unknown.  The flaw when the property is not present. Emiliano Sarnelli Travel Agent Expert since 1996
