Spark by Hilton Montreal Midtown

Great place, no complaints at all. Free parking is nice, surrounding with walkable eatery is great. Don't expect much from the breakfast. Good to have free hot coffee and tea at lobby all the time. Very comfortable king size bed.

I am very happy that I choose this Hotel . First it was every easy to park the car in an spacious underground parking lot and easy to leave the garage . The front counter workers is also very nice and they know how to explaining things The room is 100% clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud It was perfect. Room has it own air control either AC or heat and it's very quite. The breakfast was simple and just fine.... You can't beat those Montreal Bagels . Would I stay there again 100% yes . For years I booked hotels east of St Laurence ave . (Never again because it's run down area ) This Hotel has no shelters / soup kitchens and ect around it . It's a clean area and I feel safe . The Metro ( subway ) is only a 5 minute walk that will take you down town.

Overall, this is a nice hotel for the price, though there is room for improvement especially considering its Hilton affiliation. Room is comfy & clean, large King bed, friendly staff. I would recommend if you’re going for a night or two for business trips. But you might consider other options if you want to stay there for a longer time.

Very clean, great location

Location is about 6 miles from the Gare Centrale, but popular maps may give you the impression that is is closer and even walk-able. Please note, it is not! Additionally the address given in the reservation confirmation and any ride share app or map share app gives the corner next to an alley way or non thru drive-way. The actual front door is down the street. The hotel itself is rather large and spacious, long . The interior layout is a little different. The room (a double) was rather large, more like American hotels versus hotels you find abroad. The staff was great. There is a workout room and Laundry facility onsite. I was not there long enough to explore the surrounding area, but was able to identify several restaurants across the street as well as down the street. Public transit was near by as well. The breakfast is a continental choices, along with being able to choose a cereal if you wish to add to the basic breakfast. If/when I return to Montreal, i will definitely look to return here.

Clean, convenient and affordable accommodation. Rooms are good size. Bathroom well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Indoor parking is wonderful during Winter season.

My rating is based on budget hotels. Building seems to be a business centre converted to hotel rooms. It is long instead of tall. But I find that a unique style. Rooms are adequate. All day coffee is at lobby. Included continental breakfast (bagels and cereal) is a lot better from other budgets I have been to. Josianne the breakfast lady is welcoming and friendly. No where else on decarie can you get free parking! I subtracted a star because not much room to use hangers in open closet.
