The location is excellent, locating next to two metro stations and a bus stop with the airport bus (747) stopping at it, which is highly convenient for transiting to the airport, as well as getting to tourist locations in Montreal under 30 minutes excluding the time for waiting the trains. The room was mostly clean, but there were dirty spots on the floor towel and a piece of hair on a body towel and the shower blinds, but other parts of the room overall were clean enough. The front desk was really friendly and helped me a lot on the facilities of the hotel, and I received a free upgrade to a Suite from the hotel (which is a plus). The self-service laundry is free and operates 24/7 but do note that the laundry pods is not complimentary.

We were very pleased with the room, especially having a small kitchen which was super convenient. However, I don't understand why our room wasn't cleaned on the second day when we stayed for two nights. The location here is very convenient; we walked to all the attractions. Chinatown is right next door, which satisfied our Chinese food cravings.

Hotel is pretty old and need renovation for some rooms but it’s at a very good location which convenient to all tourists spots.

The place was clean and the service was friendly. The room key card was a bit inconvenient to use, but overall it was good. I was a little startled when the fire alarm suddenly went off in the morning, possibly for a fire drill, but I just brushed it off as it's common in Canada. Still, it would have been nice if the front desk had mentioned it during check-in; it would have prevented me from being woken up so abruptly.

The hotel provided us an upgrade room to a bigger one. Parking is available, but you have to pay. The location is good, as it's near Chinatown. The room is quite old but equipped with many things for cooking.

The vertical space was ample, and I had a fulfilling day. However, the other guests in nearby rooms were very loud, and the sound echoed through the walls constantly. So, if there are people who don't respect others' privacy, it might be a bit tough to stay here.
