Location meravigliosa, personale molto gentile e disponibile, sarebbe bello se parlassero anche un'altra lingua oltre francese e inglese ma non ho avuto comunque alcun problema. Stanza piccola ma molto carina e con tutti i confort. Abbiamo prenotato solo la colazione ed era tutto davvero buono!!

Lit confortable, belle vue sur le lac, chambre et salle de bain magnifique ! Personnel très agréable, très bon déjeuner et varié. Pas très bien isolée, on entend les personnes d’à coté. Places blanches devant l’hôtel, transports en commun à coté et gratuit avec l’hotel. Super séjour en couple, je recommande.

Great location, overlooking Lake Geneva. Our room had a balcony with commanding views over the lake. Modern bathroom and tasty breakfast. Decent pool and spa facilities. Unexpected city tax and lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room were the only minor drawbacks.

Beste Seesicht zum vernünftigen Preis. Das Hotel du Grand Lac Excelsior bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Genfer See. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben einen kleinen Balkon. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis

Excellent location giving direct access to the banks of the lake with breathtaking views. Very friendly staff. Perfect 25 m swimming pool but not supervised so watch out for children who jump and prevent swimmers from doing their length... A bit old fashion hotel which could do with a refresh but with charm nonetheless.
