La Rouvenaz

I was already in La Rouvenaz in 2015 and this time I didn't regret choosing this accommodation. The location is already perfect! This time I had a room on the 3rd floor, room 309. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, then you have to climb a few more steps. The window faces the side street. If you stick your head out you can see the lake and check the weather. Very comfortable bed and the room has everything else you need. There is also a kettle! Two bottles of drinking water free of charge. There is even a rain shower in the bathroom. Good WiFi reception. Very good light, everywhere in the room! And a highlight for me were the heavy night curtains that made the room really dark! Breakfast is plentiful and offers something for everyone. A highlight is the coffee machine that makes really good coffee!! Francois and Palmi from reception make the stay particularly pleasant. They are very warm and helpful and always have a smile ready. They lent me a charging cable for my cell phone without hesitation because I had left mine on the train. I can recommend La Rouvenaz without reservation if you are not expecting luxury, but a super clean accommodation with staff who do an impeccable job, a plentiful breakfast and a pleasant a**osphere in a small house with a great location and an attached restaurant. Price and performance are right here! I will be back. The only downside is the minimal storage space in bathroom no. 309. This is further reduced by the paper dispenser box which is mounted directly above it.

Central hotel, perfect for visiting Montreux and enjoying its Chris**as market. Spacious and clean rooms.
