La Ferme du Lac Vert

Without a doubt, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, a true hidden gem, that I'm so pleased we have discovered! The chalet itself is beautifully designed. The lovely owners, who we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay, have an incredible eye for interior design. The hottub and panoramic sauna were an added touch of luxury, after a fun day on the slopes. The staff go above and beyond. From the minute we booked, to ensure our trip was perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble, they were warm and welcoming and as a skiing beginner, I was thankful for the added tips and advice too. The private transfers to and from the slopes were another bonus. The food is incredible, absolutely perfect! The chefs have a great attention to detail, and are very talented. The ambience, the company, the wine and the added cheese and port! We were truly spoiled. We can see why people return again and again, we will most definitely return again too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Alice and Tom.

Absolutely lovely time returning to the chalet - unfortunately missed out on going in 2021 but the wait from 2020 was well worth it, will definitely be returning 2023! Food was excellent, staff cannot do enough for you, with great communication organising trips too and from the slopes, whether that is Morzine or Ardent (Avoriaz) Cannot recommend this place, my favourite spot in the world!

Myself, my husband and 27 of our closest family and friends spent a glorious three day weekend at La Ferme du Lac Vert to celebrate our wedding and the chalet itself couldn't have been more perfect. The rooms were all beautiful and had everything we needed, and everyone enjoyed the hot-tubs and sauna, which was the perfect way to wind-down after a day out hiking. Tadhg and his team were phenomenal, including all of the wedding planning process in the (THREE YEAR) run up to the wedding! Every single person has complimented us on the venue itself but also on the team who we all feel went above and beyond. We had our wedding cocktail hour and reception in the chalet garden and main room and it all went so smoothly I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for a french alpine wedding venue or even just a gorgeous place to stay close to Morzine then I would absolutely recommend La Ferme du Lac Vert.

Another short stay at this delightful chalet, great accommodation, super food, and beautiful farmhouse in Montriond, staff above expectations, a must and first choice if staying in Montriond. Just a few days to enjoy the last snow of the season, great location and favorite resort!

We stayed here the year before lock down had a fab ski holiday the chalet was great while we were there we booked for the following year & paid in full then lock down happened so couldn't go due to no fault of our own We did ask for a refund as they couldn't accommodate the dates we wanted , but according to booking conditions they don't give refunds I did suggest once they had re booked our week then surely they can refund the money which was a lot of money or at least half of it but they never replied to my last email . We have travelled all over during covid & cancelled hotels and everyone else just gave a straight refund we are very unhappy and disappointed 😞 and feel this was out of order needless to say they kept the £1,800 which we paid over two years ago so just be careful .

This was my second time returning to La Ferme du lac vert and exceeded expectations. The staff were a step ahead so everything was pre-sorted for arrival, the rooms all have character and are extremely comfortable and clean, the food is incredible like eating at a Michelin star restaurant every day. I would say this is the best chalet I have every stayed at and will be definitely returning in the future, this has set very high expectations for future ski holidays, hard to beat! Highly recommend!

Staying at La Ferme du Lac Vert was an absolute dream come true. The staff were all amazingly friendly people and extremely well organized. The atmosphere was spacious yet cozy, the food was superb, and the proximity to the ski slopes at Ardent and the town of Morzine made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would 100% recommend La Ferme du Lac Vert to anyone considering visiting the area.

We had 30 friends fly over from the states for a ski week and I am so happy La Ferme du Lac Vert hosted us. The chalet itself is stunning from the large inviting communal areas down to the detail work in the hand railing of the staircase, it’s clear a lot of thought and effort was put into the design and decor. You an are an easy 15 minute shuttle from the amazing slopes in Avoriaz and the provided shuttle services covered our large group easily. The meals were incredible from bacon maple pancakes at breakfast to creative four course dinner servings, I was sad for the nights we went out to find somewhere else to eat. Most importantly though is the incredible kind, personable and accommodating staff that kept everything running smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our time there. They immediately made an effort to make sure they knew everyone in the groups names and were very sweet to our dog who came along with us. When we had trouble with a taxi service getting off the mountain, they selflessly stayed through their off time to make sure everyone made it back. They created a casual friendly environment in the chalet that made the trip that much more enjoyable for all of our visitors. My wife and I are already excited to come back in the summer months to see everyone there again and enjoy the beautiful hiking around Montriond when the snow clears out. I can’t express enough that if you are looking for a top rate accommodation with amazing people supporting it then this is exactly where you want to be.

Another year, another trip to Morzine and The Chalet! Never fails to disappoint, cracking trip with the guys. Great hospitality, the food was on another level and rooms are lovely. Could not recommend this Chalet enough! Thanks again, see you next year. 8th trip 🙌🏼 🎿
