As a TITANIUM BONVOY MEMBER - we requested a suite... none avaible was claimed. Placed in a STANDARD Room. The room was in a terrible state of repair... dings and scrapes on the walls & when we went to shower the BODY WASH bottle was EMPTY. A TERRIBLE MARRIOTT experience. Old hotel poor GM not keeping up with details. She did refund the night stay... newer Marriott's are very close, has to be better then this place..

Booked an executive suite for the weekend for myself and my girlfriend. The price was attractive, the room was clean, but it had several issues. Wallpaper peeling from the wall as we entered the room, the carpet under the vanity/sink was completely soaking wet plus the shower leaked water from the door all over the bathroom floor which required several towels to soak up all of the water, and the chair just inside the door had a broken leg. There also appeared to be huge pieces of broken glass laying in the mulch bed outside our patio area. Upon addressing most of the issues with the front desk, no attempt or suggestion to be moved to another room were made or given, which left us a little perplexed. Upon checking out, I wasn’t even asked how our stay was. Mind boggling to say the least. Not sure I will stay here again.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in honestly better than mine at home same for pillows. Staff was friendly and was there when we checked in at 12:30 AM. Quiet all around building. Clean room and lobby. Location close to where we needed to be the following morning.

I liked the fact that it was quiet, the staff were equally kind, helpful and easy to speak to. The room was clean and pleasant to be in during our entire stay. We look forward to going back. It was a great location for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a nice time.
