This hotel shows absolutely no sympathy to a traveller's situation, book at your own risk.

I spent two nights here in two different rooms. One was functional, the other was not. This is not a 5 star property and I was not expecting that. I got a cleanish room that was sort of quite and a lumpy mattress. The toilets flushed and the shower in one room (Room 115) was good. The shower in room 122 was not. Overall, I got what I paid for.

i should have just changed accommodation when i arrived and saw the mold and cracked paint all around the shower, but i was taking a class and it was the closest hotel. the lock on the door was broken, it was dirty, very dirty. it was loud at night was woken up both nights. this morning i found a freaking bone under the bed and made my kid get up and get out of there, freaked me out. i thought wyndem was quality place. i am very glad to be out of there.

The room was extremely dirty, it reeked a cigarette, we found cigarette butts thrown in the pile inside the room, hair on the towels and on the beds, the bathtub had stagnant water and the bathroom extractor fan was useless and was hanging from the ceiling, the breakfast only includes stale bread and coffee

Queen bed room when reservation was for king. Disgustingly dirty, I wish I could share pictures. Table broken, chair and dresser actually falling apart… could not sit and was afraid to leave anything on dresser in case it would collapse! Furniture looked like mid-century modern from a dumpster… in the 1970s!! I almost decided to try to sleep in car. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was clean and the bed/pillow/linens were good.
The internet was non- existent.
The breakfast was a waffle with no butter or syrup and apple juice...period.
