This is the worst service hotel I have booked in my travels! ! ! The reservation of this hotel was made in June due to the impact of the environment. I didn't see the display of the month. I thought it was the calendar for June, so I placed the order. But when I found the hotel and the front desk told me that the order was in July, I realized that the order was wrong. Then immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, please coordinate the processing of this order. When this order I can't make it. It was more than a month before the order took effect, and it was the tourist season in Paris, and the hotel refused to give me a refund or amend it. Therefore, this order is not executed at all. I didn't stay in this hotel. It is impossible to book a room in this hotel chain in the future. This hotel has disappeared forever from my travel choices! Es la última vez que me alojo en un hotel de la cadena Acor. Las cuatro últimas veces que me he alojado en ibis o ibis budget, he encontrado, AL IGUAL QUE AHORA, un hotel ajado, con desconchones, mal decorado, y que en nada cumple con la categoría que pretende ostentar. Este Ibis porte d'orleans, está totalmente para hacer nuevo, pues ni colchón, ni habitación, ni zonas comunes, cumplen con lo que pretende. Decepcionado al 100%, pero bueno, a partir de hoy, buscaré otra cadena hotelera que ofrezca una lógica relación calidad precio y me olvidaré de por vida de este tipo de hoteles totalmente pasados y no atractivos
