Accueil très chaleureuse dès mon arrivée sur place. Personnel toujours à l'écoute des attentes de la clientèle. Excellents échanges et n'hésite pas à aider spontanément la clientèle. Le personnel à une facilité à s'adapter. Merci beaucoup pour vos services. Et chapeau bas à celle qui m'a accueilli dès ma présentation initiale au comptoir : le petit déjeuner, le fer à repasser, l'information concernant la blanchisserie la plus proche de l'hôtel (Queen...). Merci pour tout, votre générosité. Je recommanderai à mon entourage si jamais ils seront de passage sur Tours.

Aging and very poorly maintained hotel. The VMC does not work, there are traces of mold on the walls and ceiling. Soap dispenser is broken, flush button is broken. The front door closes poorly, causing noise pollution.

Worst hotel ever!! I cant believe how strong the smell in the room was... very very stinky... and the blankets were unclean and very stinky too. We informed the guy at the reception and asked him if we could have a different room as we had little children and the smell was too strong for them but the guy was not ready to help and he said all the rooms are the same and they are all supposed to be smoke free. We had to open the window and the door and spray all the room but unfortunately the smell still did not go! The hotel seemed cheap but believe me, even for free, you wouldnt want to sleep in that room!
