All that glitters is not gold in this 2-storey apartment with kitchen. Very nice pictures are presented in the industry-standard relevant websites, but in reality it doesn't look like it. We wanted to discover Monza but after this experience we canceled the excursion to Monza. We booked two nights and after countless phone calls to the owner and the online accommodation reservation service we were able to cancel one night. Unfortunately there was no upgrade either because the rooms were occupied. The apartment is separate from the reception and at night you can hear the metal gate open and close, and the conversations from the courtyard can be heard clearly. I'm a light sleeper and that night I could hardly sleep. The bed also seemed to be lopsided. It looks great in the photos, but when we got to the room, we were disappointed. It smelled like a smoking apartment and the ceiling and walls were yellowed from nicotine. Also the shower cabin is unhygienic and some metal parts are already rusting. The toilet is very small and the soap dispenser and toilet paper are encased in a sturdy stainless steel case as seen in the public facilities. Also the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The breakfast is very modest, it will be about 100 g. Salami, 100 g. Turkey cold cuts and 200gr. Cheese cut, although the hotel was full. There was no more cold cuts, although I asked. The parking spaces in the yard are also very tight. The next morning I wanted to drive off, but there were 2 cars in front of the exit and I couldn't leave. I have no idea how old the apartment is, one thing is certain: it has already been *****ped down to the end (in need of renovation). Conclusion: we paid far too much for this service.
