The best hotel I have stayed in in Monza so far, with elegant environment, rich breakfast and convenient transportation. It is opposite the Royal Villa of Monza.

A really quaint and wonderful hotel near the centre of Monza. Loved the historical ambiance & elegant old worldly service. Wonderful breakfast set in a sun-kissed covered terrace. It’s where the F1 drivers stay too, so lots of great photos scattered around the hotel to commemorate its link to the event.

Come il solito premetto che sono un grande viaggiatore. Per motivi professionalie privati ho visitato oltre 100 nazioni. Quindi un minimo di esperienza di hotel l ho acquisita Conosco questo hotel e nel periodo 2007 - 2017 ci sono stato una trentina di volte. Sono tornato recentemente e con gradevole sorpresa ho ritrovato Charly alla reception ed Alessandra al Ristorante. Entrambi si sono ricordati di me anche dopo anni. L accoglienza di entrambi è stata perfetta!!! Servizio e qualità ottimi. Consiglio questo hotel per soggiornare per lavoro, vacanza, con amici, amanti mogli felici... mogliettine acide lasciatele a casa.

Bereits beim Check waren wir überrascht, als für uns - 2 Paare - nur 2 Einzelzimmer reserviert waren. Aufenthalt, Zimmer sowie Bedienung und Essen im gehobenen Restaurant Derby Grill waren überzeugend jedoch auch sehr fürstlich teuer. Ganz schlecht war das Checkout! Zuerst wurde mir eine falsche Rechnung zur Bezahlung vorgelegt, was ich leider zu spät bemerkte. Danach bekam ich dann die korrekte Rechnung. Anstatt den Differenzbetrag zu verlangen, musste ich den vollen Betrag der Rechnung begleichen. Somit zahlte ich über €100 zu viel, mit dem Versprechen, es mir auf meine Kreditkarte zurückzuerstatten. Im nachgängigen Telefonanruf wollte man mir das per Mail bestätigen. Leider ist diese Mail nun nach etlichen Stunden nicht bei mir angekommen. Hoffentlich klappt es wenigstens mit der Rückerstattung….

Ci hanno dato camere non della categoria pagata e a me pur essendo un membro invited mi hanno dato camera per portatori di handicap , come benvenuto una squallida bottiglia di acqua , mancanza del calzascarpe . Colazione abbastanza scadente pan cake immangiabili,freddi per avere succo d acero 15 minuti di attesa, mancanza spremuta d arancia . Da 4 giorni che ho mandato pec reclamo non ho avuto risposta. La scorsa volta avevo rimandato indietro 2 volte la cotoletta perché al sangue

Hotel de la ville Monza, beautiful classic 4* hotel very well decorated and filled with charm. The bedroom is spacious with all the features and comforts. The Derby Grill, its fine dining restaurant is a gorgeous place serving a modern fresh local cuisine with a stunning wine selection and also serves a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful covered terrace. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming and the service exemplary.
