The hotel advertises an indoor poor, but it was so cold that it was unusable. I drove an hour for an indoor pool so this was a complete waste of my time and money.
The staff was friendly, but not very helpful.

Assigned room’s refrigerator not working and had mold in it. TV remote needed new batteries. Got different room and HVAC unit not working. Attendant arrived fairly quickly. Fuse breaker needed to be reset and then it worked fine. Room was clean and hotel quiet. Staff at front desk buried in phones and no interest in welcoming guests. Find something better.

Physical facility is average. Pool is indoor but not heated. Staff were friendly. We were in a room on the end near to the interstate so there was some traffic noise. Good location for eating options.

Room was clean and the bed was very nice Breakfeast was bad as the cook left with out notice leaving them with no one to do breakfeast. The front desk did come over and say they were very sorry. Check in and check out was very good.

A solid hotel. Big room and it was clean. Clean bathroom, everything worked. Wifi worked. Breakfast very well taken care by a very friendly lady. I only gave 4 because I always ask for a room on the upper floor, and they put me on the ground floor. At check was my wife and I, she is a Diamond member and only she received a bottle of water.

Loud upstairs neighbors. Kids were running in the room. My kids weren't quiet either, so not a huge problem.
